We are looking for a service manager for our Carp location. This person must be computer literate, good communication skills, have excellent people skills and have mechanical knowledge. Responsibilities are:

   > Maintain the Service department, which include and not limited to, take in incoming service calls, schedule service work, etc…
   > Supervise shop staff
   > Work with Warranty personnel
   > Hire additional qualified shop staff
   > Increase the shop Sales/Service

Warranty Clerk - Carp

Position: Warranty Clerk
Location: Carp

We are currently searching for an experienced Warranty Clerk, for the Ottawa Area. The Role will receive and processes full range of warranty claims, and maintains good manufacturer relations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
   > Administer proper warranty from the Parts and Service dept.
   > Working in the best interest of the dealership and customer.
   > Work with Parts manager, Service Manage, Service Writer, Foremen and technician so that proper terminology is recorded on the work order, ensures proper documentation is included.
   > Make sure all warranty parts are properly tagged and stored.
   > Prepare electronic warranty claims.
   > Maintain control of open claims.
   > Reports to the Operating Manager

    > Working knowledge of Agriculture and Construction Equipment warranty process.
   > Minimum two year’s experience in related field.
   > Excellent computer skills
   > Must be organized, excellent communication skills and have a positive attitude.


Position: Mechanic
Locations: Carp, Renfrew, Winchester, St Isidore

We are presently looking for experience mechanics for our Carp, Winchester, Renfrew and St Isidore location. This person should be licenced, preferably experienced in agriculture. You should also be knowledgeable in using the computer for web site research and as a diagnostics tool. This candidate must be able to deal with complexity, size and the variety of equipment which makes diagnosis and repair very challenging both mentally and physically and sometimes dangerous. Extensive knowledge, experience, training, practice and continued education are necessary due to rapid technology and new model changes and up-grades.
